Open only to legal residents of the United States, 13 years or older, who as of the date of entry own or have lawful access to a computer to select and order their print of choice. One print per person per physical address. Prints are free of charge and available to be shipped to all 50 states.
- OVERVIEW.
Mono’s Women’s Equality Day website is a promotion and to be used for promotional use only. Each user of the site is able to select and receive one print. Supplies are limited to 100 prints, and will be given away on a first come, first serve basis. Once the prints are out, they are no longer available. Once all prints are claimed, the website may remain up, but the prints will not be restocked unless decided upon by mono to refill the stock. The prints are for public interest purposes only, any featured people are not affiliated with or connected to the project. The work shown and designs presented are open source designed pieces submitted by mono employees. The prints are free, related to an informational/public purpose, WED (opposed to a direct advertisement for a good or service), and will be produced for a short time in low quantities. - CLAIMING A PRINT.
TO ENTER THE PROMOTION, YOU MUST ALSO ALLOW THE WEBSITE TO COLLECT AND USE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS INFORMATION. YOUR INFORMATION WILL ONLY BE USED BY MONO FOR PURPOSES OF PROMOTION ADMINISTRATION—YOUR MAILING INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH ANY OTHER PARTY OR USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE. IF YOU ARE A MINOR (THAT IS, BETWEEN 13 AND 18 YEARS OF AGE), BE SURE TO GET YOUR PARENT’S/LEGAL GUARDIAN’S PERMISSION BEFORE AGREEING TO THIS.
Prints will be mailed 2-4 weeks after the promotion closes and all the prints are claimed. Allow for 2-4 weeks to pass before your free print shows up in the mail. Cookies, we ain’t’ got ‘em. We are not retargeting nor do we have any advertisements on this promotional website. Again, we are not tracking nor selling any user data within this promotion.
- CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION.
Agency’s computer shall be the official clock for all purposes of this Promotion. Agency is not responsible for late, untimely, delayed, lost, illegible/garbled, inaccessible, incomplete, corrupted, damaged or misdirected claims, all of which are void. Agency is also not responsible for programming, electronic, technological, telephonic, network or other malfunction, error or failure which in any way affects or interferes with the operation of the Promotion; this includes but is not limited to any such malfunction/error/failure which interrupts or interferes with the functioning of the Website (by way of example only, malfunctions/errors/failures which interrupt or interfere with the communication of Promotions Website.
By participating, entrant (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, Mono Advertising, LLC, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, from any and all liability arising from the Promotion or receipt, acceptance, possession or use/misuse of prints (if applicable). If Promotion cannot be conducted as originally planned in one (1) or more cities due to any cause beyond Agency’s control (e.g., computer virus, act of fraud, natural disaster, materials shortage, riot or strike), Agency may cancel/suspend/modify Promotion in such affected city/cities and offer Promotion in such affected city/cities with prize(s) being made available to be won in a manner determined by Agency in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules; notice of such action by Agency will be communicated via the Website. Tampering with Website or violation of these Rules will result in not being able to receive the free print; but, disqualification shall not represent the sole remedy available to Agency.
